This dress is also from our recent local thrift store haul and the shrug is part of the 2-piece set I purchased recently (and you can see it together in Tuesday’s look here) The dress isn’t EXACTLY a summer dress since it’s 3/4 length sleeves (see it by itself here in Wednesday’s look) but it did need some layers for warmth
